MY JOURNEY
FROM SETBACKS TO STRENGTH
Born in New Zealand, I grew up in a family where health and hard work were non-negotiable, no matter how busy life got. Sport was my first language, but it was adversity that taught me the most:
My younger brother’s battle with anorexia showed me the power of mental health and the true meaning of resilience.
Breaking my back forced me to slow down, rebuild from scratch, and learn that patience and smart recovery are as crucial as any PR.
Moving often taught me to adapt, connect, and build community wherever I land.
These aren’t just stories—they’re the foundation of how I coach and lead. I know what it’s like to start over, to face setbacks, and to grind through the tough stuff. I bring that same grit and empathy to every client.
