The 12-Week Program

Our program runs in three focused phases to get you race-ready:

Phase 1: Accumulation
Build a strong aerobic base, correct movement patterns, and improve tissue tolerance.

Phase 2: Intensification
Increase intensity, develop strength-speed, and train through transitions under fatigue.

Phase 3: Simulation
Refine your pacing strategy, simulate race conditions, and test your physical and mental capacity.

Each phase is delivered through six HYROX-specific classes per week, coached by experienced professionals in a high-performance environment.
